🚨 TWO PATIENTS DEAD WEEKS APART AFTER SURGERIES AT MIAMI PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC

Two families are taking legal action against a Miami plastic surgery clinic after two patients died within three weeks of each other following cosmetic procedures.

35-year-old Kentucky mother of two, Kenly Millan Aponte, died on April 29 after undergoing a “mommy makeover,” while 19-year-old Memphis resident Endrys Elian Martinez died on May 26 after reportedly suffering a serious complication related to anesthesia before his rhinoplasty even began.

The families allege negligence by Svelta Plastic Surgery, citing concerns about emergency response procedures, including reports that no CPR was in progress when first responders arrived in one case and that emergency equipment may not have been readily visible.

The clinic has expressed condolences and says the reports do not fully reflect the facts, adding that it is conducting an internal review.

🔴 Austin Metcalf’s father, Jeff, just delivered a powerful and emotional statement after Karmelo Anthony was sentenced to 35 years in prison

In a raw moment filled with grief and rage, Jeff Metcalf said:

“People think that grief is sadness but it’s not. IT’S RAGE!!! Pure unfiltered rage.”

He made it clear this was never about race and urged people not to politicize the case:

“I said from day one, this was never about race, please don’t politicize it… It’s about right and wrong. We’re all humans. We all bleed the same color.”

Speaking directly to Karmelo, Jeff said:

“You failed your parents, you failed yourself and you failed society. You don’t belong in this community. You’re going to prison. You can’t even look me in the eyes right now but you can stab my f**king son in the heart.”

A Collin County jury has found Karmelo Anthony guilty of First-Degree Murder in the 2025 stabbing death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet.

The suspect, Anthony Scott Searles-Harris (also known as Tony Surls), operated a YouTube channel called "Labeled A Monster." Searles-Harris was later shot and killed by FBI personnel during the conclusion of the Chase Bank hostage standoff, according to authorities.

🔴UPDATE: Bakersfield Chase Bank Hostage Crisis Ends Safely

There is major relief this morning in downtown Bakersfield after the hostage situation at the Chase Bank on 17th Street and Chester Avenue came to an end.

Multiple hostages were safely released and reunited with their families. Family members confirmed they had been in direct contact with their loved ones throughout the ordeal. At least two hostages were released earlier in the incident, with the remaining hostages freed in the early morning hours.

The suspect is reportedly in custody, although authorities have not yet provided official confirmation. We are still awaiting a formal statement from Bakersfield Police and federal investigators.

The standoff stretched well into its second day and prompted a massive law enforcement response. FBI agents, ATF personnel, and bomb squad teams were deployed to the scene as authorities worked to bring the situation to a peaceful resolution. Large portions of downtown Bakersfield, including areas surrounding the Hall of Records, were placed under lockdown while the operation unfolded.

At this time, no injuries have been reported.

This was a tense and frightening situation for the community, but thankfully it appears to have ended with the safe release of all hostages.

Yellow = Delayed

Green = Minor injuries

Black = Deceased

They are clearly preparing for the worst if the suspect’s bomb detonates. Negotiations ongoing as he holds hostages on the 3rd floor.
