I had the pleasure of taking an online lesson with Motörhead’s legendary producer Cameron Webb through Pro Mix Academy a few months back.

We dove deep into how he approached mixing in the studio — especially the track “Electricity.”

The best part? I got to mix it myself using the actual multitracks!

I wanted to give you a quick update on the progress of Black Kaiser’s debut album. Drums are fully recorded, and we’re halfway through tracking guitars and bass. Next up: solos, keys, and vocals. There’s still some work ahead, but we’re getting there!

The next major phase is mixing and mastering — and this is exactly where your donations are going. Right now, we’ve reached about 20% of our funding goal. If you’re able, sharing the campaign or making a contribution would go a long way in helping bring this vision to life.
