Chasing sunsets, not likes. 🌅
Hey friends, settle in for a long, honest post.
I've been reflecting on my relationship with social media and realized that I've been spending more time scrolling through other’s curated feeds than enjoying my own life. I've caught myself trying to capture perfect moments for the 'gram, only to miss the beauty right in front of me, like all of the gorgeous sunsets in these photos.
Honestly, the digital space has started to feel suffocating. The constant comparison and doom scrolling have taken a toll on my mental health and my anxiety and depression have been nudging me to step back and focus on what truly matters.
I'm craving a life filled with moments that don't require a screen- moments that are too big, too beautiful, and too real to be filtered. I want to spend my days reading, watching sunsets with my own eyes, having meaningful conversations over matcha and being present with loved ones.
The world is much more vibrant without filters and I’m ready to experience it with my own eyes again.
See you when I see you. 🩷
But don’t worry, I’ll be back soon.
