Imagine the candle illuminating what has been difficult to see while the water receives the emotional residue, crossed thoughts, and uncertainty surrounding the situation.
Sit quietly for a few moments. You do not need to force an answer. Allow insight to arrive in its own time.
When the working is complete, extinguish the candle safely. Pour the water onto bare earth, away from edible plants and waterways, or release it down the drain while visualizing the unwanted energy leaving you.
