AURORA - The Colorado High School Activities Association’s Board of Directors voted on Wednesday at its November meeting to approve Colorado State University in Fort Collins as the site for the 2A boys and girls basketball state championships.

We have been asked a few times if we will be streaming the Holyoke Dragon State Volleyball matches on Stormy Sports Net. We would love to and could but unfortunately do to CHSAA's agreement with NFHS Network the matches cannot be streamed by anyone else. We could stream audio only but the matches will already be live on Star 92.3 KSTH. The tournament will be streamed live on NFHS Network. NFHS will have announcers for the Semifinal and Championship matches only.

The Holyoke Lady Dragons captured the 2A Region 5 Championship qualifying for the 2A State Tournament. Congratulations ladies. It was so much fun covering your games this season and especially being there today to see you punch your ticket to State. Best of luck at the State Tournament.

Today's the day. Today the Dragons host Swallows Charter Acadmey and Meeker in the Region 5 Volleyball Tournament. Winner advances to the 2A State Volleyball Tournament. If you can, get to the high school and support the girls. If you can't we'll have all three matches live on Stormy Sports Net presented by Freedom Construction and Painting LLC.
