👑My WHY (And Why It Looks Different Now)

If you asked me why I became a life insurance agent 17 years ago, I would’ve said:
“To help people.”
And that was true.

But if you asked me why I stayed through the burnout, the bad leads, the chargebacks, and the countless “let me think about it”... my answer would’ve been:

“To prove I could.”
Prove it to my mom, myself, and to the people I thought I needed to accept me with a pat on the back.

And now?
Now my why is peace. 🕊️

Hey y’all 👋🏾 I’m Stacie L. Daniel. Founder of Virtual Life Agent Hub™ and the Black Life Insurance Agents of America fb group.

I’ve spent 25 years in sales and finance generating 6 figures in insurance receiving multiple awards and accolades along the way. Snce transitioning online in 2017, I've also generated 6 figures in digital products.

Being licensed since 2008, and just like many of y'all, I’ve been the agent with a stack of business cards, a phone full of “leads,” and a calendar full of chaos. But somewhere between my multiple burnouts and my ultimate business breakthrough, I realized success didn’t have to feel so loud or look so hard.

Today, as a semi-retired agent, I teach life insurance agents, especially women of color 40+, introverts, and anyone ready to slow down without losing momentum, how to build calm, consistent, client-ready businesses using tech, automation, and modern marketing tools.

What 25 Years in Sales & Finance Taught Me: Freedom, Money, & Moving to Mexico 🇲🇽

I take pride in planting seeds of possibilities for economic security even if your results don't come to fruition until you implement down the line.

Many agents, business owners, and insurance clients share their results that may not be a direct and immediate result of the time we spent together.

I understand that change is a process. Yes, It takes steps and time to:

⚜️ Unlearn what we have been taught

⚜️ Create time in your schedule to implement the steps

⚜️ Have the confidence to do something different than what everyone else is doing

⚜️ Determination to follow through until you see results

I used to want to be the one that held your hand the whole journey. 👥

Then I wanted to be the one who sets it all up fornyour because I know its faster and more efficient tho high ticket investment. Especially since I have a Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science and 24 year romance with tech.

⚙️ Tech is my first love ♥️

Now, I realize the role of educating, providing the resources and tools I used, then being available for your questions when you're ready to implement fits perfect 👌 for my semi-retired Mexican Expat 🇲🇽 lifestyle.

👋 Hey yall! Apparently, Im back on the block! I'm definitely SALTY & this changes little.

Yes, I was suspened and UNFINDABLE!! 🫣

I remember being in Facebook jail several times until I learned the rules.

Thats why this was so peculiar.

What it did teach me was the importance of creating a list of friends and acquaintances that I want to stay in contact with on my kwn terms.

Independent from Facebook and any other app that can sn**ch control without warning ⚠️ and WITHOUT CAUSE.
