I met Eddie () on Melrose & Fairfax in Hollywood, California, serving authentic Mexican food from his family-run truck.

I asked if he had any options—he made me a cauliflower burrito that was 🔥.

But what stayed with me wasn’t just the food.

It was our conversation about … and how it’s been affecting his business, his family, and his ability to keep going.

Eddie runs this truck with his wife to support their two daughters.

Same food. Same spot. But things aren’t the same.

Stories like his deserve to be seen.
