🗳️ HONOLULU CHARTER QUESTION 12

Should Honolulu’s existing City special funds be allowed to receive money from additional sources?

Currently, these funds rely primarily on dedicated City revenues.

Question 12 would expressly allow additional funding from:

🏛️ Federal and state sources
💚 Private foundations and donations
💰 Other legally authorized sources

A YES vote would authorize these additional funding sources. A NO vote would keep the current Charter provisions.
