Lemme tell yall something- this smile on my face is TRUE JOY‼️‼️ I used to be so big and I have BILATERAL ARTHRITIS- if you told me that today I’d be more than 200lbs down and able to run on a treadmill, I’d tell you to g**o my face 😂😂 but I’m able to do it and I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! I AM PROUD OF MY JOURNEY!! IM PROUD OF EVERY DECISION IVE MADE THAT HAS LEF ME HERE TODAY!! My quality of life is vastly and steadily improving every single and day and I’m looking forward to doing better, being better, looking better, feeling better and above all, living better!!! Cheers to this AMAZING ASS JOURNEY!!!! GOD HAS BEEN GOOD AND WILL ALWAYS BE GOOD‼️‼️‼️ ✨

Today marks my ONE YEAR POST OP ANNIVERSARRYYYY!!!! 🥳🥳 for those that don’t know, I had gastric bypass one year ago after having lost 92lbs “the hard way” the day of my surgery I weighed in at 410 pounds and today I’m weighing in at 285lbs! I’ve lost 125 pounds since surgery!!!!! God is amazing and I’m thankful I made this choice for nothing and no one else EXCEPT ME!!! Cheers to being the same person, just with an altered mindset!! A mind that was made up!!! I decided I wanted to have a better quality of life!! I wanted to live and be able to enjoy myself! I wanted to take trips with the people I love without feeling like I was holding them back! I wanted to know that I’d be around to see my future children, and my nieces and nephew live their lives… and I’m doing it all!!! I’m grateful for the determination and hard work that I committed to to be here today!!! I am abt 45 pounds away from my goal and we are fully locked and ready to make sure that goal is met! Are you down for the ride?!?! Let’s get it!!! ✨
