Hawaii Food Tours

Hawaii Food Tours Ultimate Eaters Guide: Hawaii Edition available at HawaiiFoodTours.com & YouTube.com/ We won Best Tours in Hawaii over several years.

Hawaii Food Tours is the very top-rated tour (Food & Drink category) in Hawaii. What we do is offer an intimate experience (never more than 13 guests on our tours) away from the touristy areas. You will get to see the real Hawaii when you travel with us, learning about the culture, history, the islands and the people. Food brings us all together. It can remind us of our childhood in an instant, an

d can put a smile on our face just as quickly. I grew up in a family that enjoyed food at celebrations, at births, at weddings, and even when someone passed. Food got us through every one of life's moments. And that's why we have devoted our lives to feeding friends and family. Chances are, if you are our friends, or have been a guest on our tours, you are similar to us in that way. Hope to see you soon...

🍾"Matt, that's an expensive bottle" people say, but they simply don't get it.

Fun fact: printer ink costs 10x more than vintage Champagne...and it tastes horrendous. Uncork more Champagnes while you sip this weekend. 🥂

🎉 David Samson flips the script on his own show’s title (*Nothing Personal*)—and this time, it gets real.

In this episode of *50 Tastes Of Gray*, I sit down with David Samson—former President of the Miami Marlins, *Survivor* contestant, and unapologetically sharp media voice—for a conversation that’s bold, layered, and deeply personal. We talk about baseball, business, food, family, and the emotional intelligence it takes to navigate all of it.

🎭 My grocery store's self-checkout machine. 🎭

This thing looked me dead in the eye and said "unexpected item in bagging area" about a single banana.

A BANANA, people.

Not a complex geometric shape. Not some mysterious alien artifact. A banana. The most banana-shaped thing in the entire universe.

So naturally, I spent 10 minutes having a philosophical debate with a robot about whether my banana was, in fact, a banana. 🍌

Plot twist: The machine won. I had to call for human backup to verify that yes, this yellow curved thing was indeed the fruit I claimed it to be.

This is where we are as a society. I need a person to confirm to a computer that I know what a banana is.

Meanwhile, in other news: I'm still out here interviewing fascinating humans on my podcast because apparently I'm better at talking to actual people than I am at convincing machines that produce exists.
Who knew? 🤷‍♂️

Random question for the humans in my feed: What's the most ridiculous argument you've ever had with an inanimate object? Because I'm starting to think we all need therapy... or better technology. Maybe both.

P.S. - If you're a self-checkout machine reading this, we need to talk. You know how to reach me. Let's work this out like adults.
