Every birthday I like to take a little time to look back on the moments and experiences that shaped me over the past year, and this year feels extra special

I’ve spent a lot of time feeling like life has been moving too fast and like I never really get a chance to slow down. But looking back today, I realized how lucky I am to have a life that feels so full that I barely have time to catch my breath

This year has been one of so much growth: mentally, physically (🤪), emotionally, personally and professionally! I spent so much time surrounded by the people I love, moved in with my best friend, visited a remote island and shelled my heart out with my bestie (that still feels like a dream), ate a LOT of sourdough, spent time on and in the water, and most importantly, learned to believe it when I tell myself the sky is the limit.

I accomplished things I never thought were possible, and somehow every time I think life can’t get any better….it does

Here’s to another year on this beautiful planet!!! I’m so grateful for this life, the people in it, and everything still waiting for me 💙
