Went by Pearl's Place Fruit Stand a couple of weeks ago, and I left talking about their Apple Cider Slushie like it was life-changing. It’s that good. No, no, it was Ah-Ma-Zing! If you go only to taste their slushie (or the Gorge Glacier), it’ll be worth it.
Pearl's Place is a gem right off Hwy 35 and just minutes from downtown Hood River. It's a quaint, low-key, and lovely place with space to breathe, chill, and wander. Besides the U-pick orchard, already-picked apples and pears, a family swing, and a kid-friendly hay maze, they’ve got a no-admission pumpkin patch with pumpkins still on the vine waiting to be picked.
If you haven’t been, go. It’s Stop #1 on the Hood River Fruit Loop — and a must on your fall list.
Open 11–5 Tues–Thurs and 9–6 Fri–Mon (hours change to weekends only Nov–Dec).
