🥧 Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery rolls out a new Pie Alert: The Rudolph — roasted chestnut & arugula pesto, mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, and house-made venison-pork sausage. "It'll go down in history."

🍪 is featuring festive pastries plus cookie box preorders (14 treats!). DM to order. Pickup Tues, Dec 23 (10 AM–1 PM). Open through Dec 23, then closed until March.

🍲 Kimberlys Cauldron (The Cauldron Cafe) is back open (Thurs–Sun, 8–4) and plans to serve on Christmas Day (hours TBD). Warm up with French Onion or Hungarian Mushroom soup.

We made it to Working Hands Fermentation last Wednesday for Pizza Night! They had plenty of sourdough pies to choose from, but we landed on the Spicy Margarita and paired it with a citrus salad. So good.

They’ve got two more Pizza Nights before the holidays — today (Dec 10) and Dec 17, 4 PM ‘til sold out. Don’t miss it!

Winter pomegranates are back at The Fruit Company, and they’re inspiring some delicious holiday magic. Their Pomegranate Mascarpone Holiday Dessert recipe is bright, creamy, and ready for your celebration table. 🎄

📝 Ingredients:
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 cups fresh pomegranate arils
- Crushed gingerbread cookies or biscotti (for layers)
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or orange zest
- Fresh mint for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Whip mascarpone with honey and vanilla until smooth and creamy
2. Layer dessert glasses with a spoonful of crushed cookies + a layer of mascarpone cream. (Repeat once or twice for height!)
3. Top generously with pomegranate arils.
4. Garnish with a little mint for color.
5. Chill briefly or serve right away for instant holiday joy! ❤️
