Hello friends,
I wanted to share a very important cause that is near and dear to everybody at the Hope Creamery and beyond. Our good friend Tim Christman, former Hope Butter salesman and well-known figure within the Twin Cities' food world, is currently fighting cancer and needs our support! Every dollar donated will go directly to his medical expenses, making a serious difference in his life. A benefit event has been set up for July 26th at The Corner Bar, where Tim has worked for many years. We encourage you to step out to the benefit, support Tim and experience the wonderful community that has formed around him.

Join us in Rochester this Saturday, Nov. 2nd at FEAST! 2024 Local Foods Marketplace festival. The show will be filled to the brim with interesting and delicious vendors from around the area. We will be demoing our butter and giving out samples 🙂 This will be our 2nd year participating and really can't recommend this event enough. Bringing together dozens and dozens of local businesses under one roof for people to discover new favorites is what community is all about, and we are so happy to be included. We encourage you to come out, and see what FEAST is all about this Saturday, Nov. 2.

They are crafting special French pastries called Kouign Amann, the richest butter cakes we have ever tasted that instantly melt in your mouth. We have been very very busy here at the creamery as the summer comes to a close and we gear up for our holiday season in the fall! Here is a little photo dump from the last few weeks.

We got a family photo with our friend The Moogician at the Steele County Fair, where he performed to the delight of crowds all week long with his unique dairy-themed act. Our butter was on display at the Minnesota State Fair as well, winning ribbons within the butter category.

Victor also was able to capture some photos with a few dedicated fans, including a 100 year old fan who had made the trek from Virginia! We will be doing demos at grocers across the Metro during the fall months, if you would like to get a picture with the King of Butter yourself. Thanks to everybody for your continued support, and watch this page for info on upcoming demos and our annual FB giveaway.
