BREAKING NEWS: Capital Murder charges filed today in the arrests of Demarcus Duncan and Tamesiza Paxton, following an investigation of the death of a two-year-old child in March.

The investigation by the Prescott Police Department included assistance from the Nevada County Coroner, the Percy and Donna Malone Child Advocacy Centers, the Department of Human Services in Arkansas and Texas, as well as the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division, and the 8th North Drug Task Force.
