Employee Spotlight: Say Hey to Ann-Marie, our Senior Digital Project Manager

Meet Ann-Marie, our Senior Digital Project Manager for Platform Communications! She’s been with Flimp for over 5 years, growing through multiple departments and gaining a true 360° view of the company. With a background in customer success, she now leads cross-functional projects that blend strategy, collaboration, and creativity.

Ann-Marie is known as a go-to team member who helps connect people and improve how we work together. She loves seeing a project through from start to finish and finds joy in solving problems and building strong relationships with our amazing clients.

Outside of work, Ann-Marie is a proud mom of two, active in her kids’ sports teams and school PTA, a Girl Scouts volunteer, and an early gym-goer with her husband. She’s always on the go—whether it’s leading a platform project or managing a snack schedule for Little League!

Meet Our Senior Product Manager, Peter!

Since early 2020, Peter has been a key part of the Flimp team, leading the charge on our decision-support platform, Flimp Decisions, and contributing to innovations in texting and AI tools. From giving demos and collaborating with Account Managers on RFPs to working with our dev team and fine-tuning our AI chatbot for benefits accuracy, Peter wears many hats. With a background at a Massachusetts brokerage writing SBCs and benefits materials, he brings deep industry expertise and a passion for getting the details right.

Fun fact: Outside of work, you’ll find Peter crafting custom Sudoku puzzles, GM’ing tabletop RPGs, writing, or brewing his own mead. Cheers to that!
