and I are headed to Hyrox in Houston on March 29th and competing as a team!
For this event, we are fundraising for Global Health, and I am grateful for the opportunity to challenge myself in new ways while supporting a cause that truly matters.

Nearly 10 percent of the world lives on less than $2 a day, facing preventable illness because basic healthcare, nutrition, clean water, and vaccines are out of reach.

Global Health supports proven, high impact charities that deliver life saving care where it is needed most. Access to health should never be a privilege.

41 was a banger year.
She’s 42 today 🙈

-Spent time with my Chicago family ❤️
-Created a fitness community with the best people I know.
-Continued to grow and became officially certified 501c3!!
-Went on TV to promote the Houston Children’s Swap.
-Grew in friendships and love within my community. Endlessly grateful for my supportive village.
-Continued to build my EV podcast and created a YouTube to add texture to the already established Spotify audios.
-Got to bake privately for a celebrity and learned so much and got paid for my passion!!
-Got to wear beautiful dresses by Chloe Dao and walk the runway
-Loved attending multiple fitness events and working out with my friends!!
-Chopped and colored my hair
-so much more!

Grateful for all of you. Grateful for this life!!!

Why do I get to be so damn lucky? Thank you for all your support and kindness this year. Incredibly blessed by all of you.

🎙️ It was all a dream… I got to meet a Formula EV race car driver and interview him while he drove me around in the all-electric Porsche Taycan EV in Austin, TX.

Thank you to for graciously letting us take that beautiful Taycan EV for a spin. Why do I get to be so lucky?

More content on the way, but had to take a moment to shout out — he was exactly how I imagined: fearless, cool, fun, and down for anything.

This guy is going places. Grateful I got to hear his story up close — can’t wait to see what he does next.

✨ PSA: Most hairdressers won’t even touch hair that’s been dyed with — and for good reason. Henna penetrates the hair shaft and if you’re not careful, it can lead to some seriously unpredictable results. 😬

But then the universe brought me and let me tell you… MAGIC. ✨ I’m obsessed with the final look — we had an absolute blast making this transformation happen, and now I’m officially spoiled for life. 🙌

If your hair needs a little (or a lot of) love, do yourself a favor and get taken care of by a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. 💇‍♀️ 10/10

These past 2 years have been some of the hardest, yet most beautiful of my life. Grateful for my children. I’ve had to start from scratch. Had to give up my business. I’ve had to heal. I’ve had to swallow my pride. I’ve learned hard lessons. I’ve carried burdens and made lots of mistakes. I’ve given myself grace.

But most importantly, I’ve become the mother I always wanted to be. Less reactive. More patience. Less spiraling and more present to them. I hope that I can be a model of what it is to be a good woman for my daughter. I hope to embody the characteristics of what a good woman is for my son.

I’ve done and continue to do a lot of hard work. Self-reflection. Self-development. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
I’m proud of myself. Proud of them. Proud of the life we are creating.
Proud of everything that is coming.
Grateful for the freedom to start over. Grateful for the family and community I have supporting me as I’ve rebuilt my new life as a single-mother working full time.
It takes a village. Words cannot express how blessed we are and I do not take these blessings for granted.

A flow state of mind spontaneously arises when we become immersed in an activity so completely that we lose track of time.
I remember going into flow state while running my baking business. Renegade Baker would put me in flow state almost instantly. When that ended. It was like a death. I mourned Renegade. Still do.

Houston Clothing Swap is the first thing since that is giving me life. It brings me to that GLOW STATE.

We got together yesterday to make plans and I’m freaking stoked. Incredibly grateful to have something to flow about again. Get excited. More info to come! 💋
