When was the last time you sat with discomfort instead of escaping it?

Discomfort has a voice, but most of us drown it out with distractions, busyness, or denial. What would happen if you stopped running from it and just sat with it? No fixing, no numbing — just being with whatever rises.

Sometimes the things we avoid feeling are the very things holding the key to our healing. Anger, sadness, loneliness, fear — they all have something to teach us if we’re willing to listen.

LEARN TO BE COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE.

Growth doesn’t occur in the state of comfortable.
