Almost a month post-op, and this journey has been filled with highs, lows, and everything in between. Some days, it’s tough to find the strength to keep pushing, but then I remind myself who I’m doing it all for. 🙌🏽💖 I WORK FOR GOD—the One who’s been by my side through every surgery, every tear, and every breakthrough. 🙌🏾 Even when the road gets rough, I know my labor isn’t in vain because He’s turning every struggle into something beautiful. 💫

Big shoutout to Pastor for reminding me that ‘I work for God’ and for the Tee that speaks to my soul! Your words and encouragement are greatly appreciated on this journey. Love you, woman of God! 💖✨ Let’s keep moving forward in faith, knowing that God’s got us, no matter what!

This new song Rain by Kierra Sheard is a sound from Heaven. A reminder that what looks like trouble is often just the beginning of transformation. 👏🏾Let Him rain. Let Him wash it all. Let Him prepare the soil for what’s next. Because this rain… is revival. 🙌🏾😭🌱

Season TWO of Crowned Green Podcast is back, and babyyyy — I can’t even lie, this return feels different. It feels sacred. It feels personal. It feels like purpose… again. 🎙️💚

Truth is, I’ve had to pause this podcast more than once. Life was life-ing. Health battles, grief, distractions, delays… But for some reason — every single time — God kept leading me back to this mic.

Because He reminded me:
It was never just about me.
This space has always been bigger than me.
It’s been about you. The woman listening in the middle of her storm. The sister searching for safe space. The daughter of God trying to believe again.

Crowned Green was birthed as a healing sanctuary —
For the broken.
For the brave.
For the ones still becoming. 🌿

And now? Season TWO is here with fresh oil, deeper conversations, and powerful testimonies that I know are going to break chains and build faith.

While here in Houston at MD Anderson Cancer Center, I met a sweet woman of faith and her husband who deeply moved my spirit. 💛

After we paused the mic, she shared something powerful — how she once attended an event where they passed out little Jesus figurines. That moment stayed with her, and now? She does the same. Everywhere she goes, she carries them with her, handing them out with love — in hopes that people will take Jesus with them everywhere they go.

Not just on Sundays.
Not just when life gets hard.
But daily — in the ordinary, in the waiting rooms, in the grocery lines, in the broken spaces.

Her obedience reminded me:
Ministry doesn’t always look like a pulpit.
Sometimes it’s a pocket-sized Jesus and a willing heart.🙌🏾

Sis — take Jesus with you.
To the doctor. To the meeting. To the airport.
Because when He’s with you, everything shifts.🙏🏽💚
