🏡💰 Texas Property Tax Relief on the Ballot! 🗳️

Big changes could be coming for Texas homeowners this November:

✨ Prop 13 – Raises the homestead exemption to $140,000 (lower taxable value = lower school property taxes).
✨ Prop 11 – Boosts the exemption for seniors & disabled homeowners from $10K → $60K.
✨ Prop 10 – Temporary tax relief if your home is damaged by fire.
✨ Prop 7 – Extends a property tax break to surviving spouses of veterans.
✨ Prop 2 – Locks in a ban on a state capital gains tax.
