Host: Athletics Ontario
Co-Host: Project Athletics, York University T.F.C.

Sanctioned
This event is the Ontario chapmionship for the U20 and Open divisions. It is World Athletics, and World Para Athletics sanctioned. Member performances achieved at this event are eligible for national & world rankings.

Category F
Certain events will be contested under this category. The results and placing at a category F meet contribute in the points needed to qualify for championships through the World Athletics ranking system.

Events Offered
Track: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 100mH, 110mH, 400mH, 2000m SC, 3000m SC, 5000m RW
Field: High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer, Javelin
Relays: 4x100m, 4x400m, 4x800m
Para (non-championship): 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin
