Sometimes it feels like we have accomplished nothing on our list to do. I’m here to tell you that it’s totally okay if you spend your whole day taking care of the small humans. 🤍

It may feel overwhelming but life happens (I.e our little ones get sick) and we do what we need re-prioritize what’s important. 🤍

Everything else can wait as long as I know I am there for my little one when he needs me to most. Between giving medications, cuddles and dealing with sudden crankiness (simply because he doesn’t feel good), I wouldn’t have it any other way 🤍

As many of you may know, I started a podcast earlier this year and would like to announce Season 2 of my podcast launching soon. If you are new here, please go listen to Season 1 of Kickin it with Kam on all podcast stations including (but not limited to) Spotify, Apple, Google and Anchor Podcast.

This page, and my podcast, is a safe place for many young, strong, intelligent women to be inspired and motivated. I am a young Latina mother trying to find myself. To heal and become a better person. Not only for myself, but for my child to be able to look up to me ❤️.
