I knew the Robert Stack Challenge looked good from the videos I’d seen, but it was even better in person.

Huge breakfast stack, 25-minute time limit, great staff, and one of the most fun food challenge experiences I’ve had.

I finally made it to Max and Louie's New York Diner in Cibolo, TX near San Antonio for their Robert Stack Challenge.

This one has been on my list for about 3 years after I first saw BeardMeatsFood take it on. The stack looked ridiculous, the food looked amazing, and I had to try it for myself.

Pancakes, French toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, chicken, and 25 minutes to finish it.

The food was excellent, the staff was awesome, and the whole experience was a blast.

Pipeline Grill Baytown, TX has a 72oz Chicken Fried Steak Challenge modeled after the famous Big Texan steak challenge.

You get 1 hour to finish the chicken fried steak, loaded baked potato, salad, and roll.

Only one person had beaten it before my attempt.

🔥 I have completed a lot of food challenges. This one wasn’t the biggest.

I have seen plenty of eating contests, and even done a few… but 45 minutes of tacos is a different animal.

🌮La Lupita Taco Restaurant served tacos loaded with asada beef, pastor pork, and chicken fajita. They tasted great, but 45 minutes is too long of a time for a contest of non-stop eating.
