I wanted to share a few affirmations that came across my screen today. I know there’s someone that needs to see them just as much as I did❤️

✨I am in charge of how I feel and today I choose happiness.

✨I love myself. I believe in myself. I support myself.

✨I am and always will be good enough, smart enough, and strong enough.

✨The more I focus my mind upon the good, the more good will come to me.

Aside from writing down affirmations on sticky notes, I downloaded “I am”via the App Store. I swear the notifications hit at the perfect time. What apps or tools do you use when it comes to your daily affirmations?
