FYI for our Fulshear friends, ICYMI.....

A public hearing on the proposed tax rate will be held on August 18, 2025 AT 6:00 pm at the City of Fulshear Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, 6611 W. Cross Creek Bend Lane, Fulshear, TX 77441.

The voter-approval rate is the highest tax rate that City of Fulshear may adopt without holding an election to seek voter approval of the rate.
The proposed tax rate is greater than the no-new-revenue tax rate. This means that City of Fulshear is proposing to increase property taxes for the 2025 tax year.

The proposed tax rate is also greater than the voter-approval tax rate. If City of Fulshear adopts the proposed tax rate, City of Fulshear is required to hold an election so that the voters may accept or reject the proposed tax rate. If a majority of the voters reject the proposed tax rate, the tax rate of the City of Fulshear will be the voter-approval tax rate. The election will be held on November 4, 2025.
