Hi, I'm Lori Medrano, and my journey is deeply rooted in my faith in God. Everything I do—personally and professionally—is guided by a desire to serve with purpose, compassion, and excellence. I believe God has called each of us to steward our time, talents, health, and businesses well, and that belief is the foundation of Helping Handler.

Through Helping Handler, I help business owners create organized, efficient systems that bring clarity and freedom to their day-to-day operations. By implementing CRM solutions, automations, workflows, and streamlined processes, I help simplify the behind-the-scenes tasks that often create stress and overwhelm. My goal is not to create dependence on support, but to equip business owners with the tools, systems, and training they need to confidently manage their business and focus on what matters most.

Whether it's implementing a CRM, automating follow-up processes, organizing client workflows, or providing training and support, my goal is to equip business owners with the tools and systems they need to stay organized, operate efficiently, and confidently manage their business with less stress and more freedom.
Beyond business organization, I am passionate about wellness and longevity. I believe our bodies are gifts from God and that caring for our health allows us to better serve our families, communities, and purpose. Through my partnership with EllieMD, I help connect individuals and wellness professionals with innovative wellness solutions that support vitality, energy, and healthy aging.

Helping Handler is more than a business—it's a mission to help others find greater balance in their work, wellness, and walk with God. Whether you're looking to simplify your business operations, improve your overall well-being, or create more space for the things that matter most, I'm here to walk alongside you with faith, encouragement, and practical solutions.

You don't have to do it all alone. If you're ready to create systems that support your business, prioritize your wellness, and align with your God-given purpose, I'd love to connect.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of your business on your own shoulders, I see you… because I’ve been there too.

Trying to keep everything moving while still showing up for your family, your clients, and yourself can feel like a lot. And the truth is—just because you can do it all, doesn’t mean you’re supposed to.

There’s a better way to run your business with peace, clarity, and intention. One where you’re not constantly playing catch-up, but actually moving forward with purpose.

I truly believe God didn’t call you to burnout—He called you to stewardship. And sometimes that looks like asking for help and allowing someone to support the vision He gave you 🤍

If you’re ready to stop feeling stretched thin and start feeling supported, my inbox is open. Let’s take that next step together.

Let me ask you something… who do you run to when life gets heavy?

Do you run to friends?
Family?
Social media?
People’s opinions?

There’s nothing wrong with having people in your life, but the truth is people will fail you sometimes. They may not understand you, they may judge you, and sometimes things you share in confidence end up being talked about somewhere else.

But there is One who will never do that.

Run to Jesus first.
He won’t disappoint you.
He won’t let you down.
He won’t judge you.

He won’t spread rumors about you.
He won’t make you feel small for the things you’re going through.

Instead, He listens. He comforts. He guides. He corrects with love. And He gives you a peace that no person in this world can provide.

So before you run to everyone else looking for answers, run to Him first.

Watch how drastically your life changes when Jesus becomes the first place you go instead of the last. 🤍

Stop stressing so much about the things of this world.

At the end of the day, the ONLY thing that truly matters is your relationship with Jesus. Not the numbers. Not the opinions. Not the timelines. Not whether everything went the way you planned.

All of those things are temporary... but your walk with God is eternal.

Worrying is like a rocking chair — it keeps you moving and drains your energy, but it doesn’t actually take you anywhere. And how often do we sit there mentally rocking back and forth over situations God has already asked us to surrender to Him?

Peace comes when you shift your focus from the problem to His presence.

When you remember that you were never meant to carry it all on your own.

Choose prayer over panic.
Choose trust over overthinking.
Choose Jesus over everything this world tries to convince you is important.

Because with Him at the center, you already have what matters most.

I was scrolling through my page the other day and realized something that honestly blew my mind… I’m in year 4 of having my own business.

Four years of not being in the corporate world. Four years of God rewriting my story in ways I never could have planned myself.

And I want to be clear about something — this didn’t start because of network marketing. I literally started my own business as a Virtual Assistant.

What started as helping a few business owners turned into something so much bigger than I ever expected. At one point my business was growing so much that a client wanted me full-time, and I had to hire an assistant to help me manage other clients so I could free up more time. I remember sitting there thinking… how did this even happen?

And when I look back, the answer is simple — God did this.

There were doors I was trying to close myself, but God closed them in a way only He could… by getting me fired from my previous job. At the time it felt scary and uncertain, but now I see it was Him redirecting my path.

Then He opened another door in the most unexpected way — a random video on TikTok explaining what a Virtual Assistant was. And from there, my sister stood right by my side encouraging me to step out and start my own thing. She took me networking with her, introduced me to rooms I had never been in before, and little by little my business started growing through connections and referrals.

Looking back now, I’m just in awe.

God has continued to open doors for me, expand my business, and allow me to offer more services under my business than I ever imagined. And while it hasn’t always been smooth sailing, I truly wouldn’t change the journey — because every challenge has stretched me, grown me, and taught me something new.

I’m just so grateful and blessed that God trusted me with this path.

And the crazy part is… He’s still opening doors.
There’s another little hat I’ll be wearing in the near future, and when the time is right, I’ll share more about it.

For now, I’m just sitting in gratitude for how far God has brought me and trusting Him for everything that’s ahead. 🤍

This scripture is such a grounding reminder of who we are—and who we are not. 🙏

“Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought…” speaks directly to our hearts, especially as believers.

Because when we know Jesus and strive to follow Him, it can be easy—without even realizing it—to start viewing ourselves differently than others.

But the truth is… we are only here by grace.

We didn’t earn it.
We didn’t perfect our way into it.
And we still fall short daily.

That’s why we are called to have sober judgment—to see ourselves rightly. Not less than… but also not above. Just fully dependent on God.
No one belongs on a pedestal except Jesus.

We are not called to elevate ourselves—we are called to reflect Him.

In our personal lives, this looks like humility. It looks like extending grace, being patient with others, and remembering that everyone is on their own journey. We lead with love, not judgment.

In our professional lives, this is just as important.

Maybe you have more experience.
Maybe you have more knowledge.
Maybe you’ve been walking with God longer.

But none of that makes you better—it gives you an opportunity to serve.
We don’t use what we know to elevate ourselves.
We use what we know to lift others up.

That’s how we reflect Jesus.
He led with humility. He served without pride. He loved without condition.

So instead of trying to be seen as “greater,” we choose to be grounded.
Instead of seeking recognition, we choose to represent Him well.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about how high we can place ourselves—
it’s about how clearly others can see Jesus through us. ✨

Your worth is not found in titles, numbers, approval, or anything this world can give or take away — your true value was settled at the cross. ✝️

Jesus didn’t die for you because of what you do… He died for you because of who you are to Him. You are chosen, redeemed, and deeply loved. The world measures worth by performance, but God measures it by His grace.

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God — and that is what we are!” – 1 John 3:1

So when the world tries to make you question your value, remember:

Your identity is in Christ.
Your worth is in Jesus.
And that will never change. 🤍
