Hey neighbors! 👋 Your nosey neighbor here with some real talk about family dynamics.

Y'all know I keep it 100, so let me tell you something - parenting teenagers is NOT for the weak! 😅 But here's what I've learned from all my conversations and research for the podcast:

The families that thrive aren't the ones without problems. They're the ones who learned how to COMMUNICATE through their problems.

That's why I'm so excited about this Teen Talk Tactics workshop. It's giving parents and teens the tools to actually HEAR each other instead of just waiting for their turn to argue.

Because let's be real - most of us learned parenting from our parents, who learned from their parents, and some of those patterns? They ain't working in 2025!

Our kids are dealing with pressures we never had. They need us to show up differently. And honestly? We deserve to feel confident in our parenting instead of constantly second-guessing ourselves.
