Not every deal gets the happy ending we’re working toward. 🥺🏡
Recently, I had a transaction fall apart because some of the conditions needed to move forward were not met.
And honestly? It’s tough.
There were calls, messages, follow-ups, conversations, problem-solving and so much work happening behind the scenes to try to keep everything on track.
But sometimes, even when everyone is working toward the same goal, a transaction still doesn’t come together.
And that’s the reality of real estate.
Real estate isn’t always “JUST SOLD.” Sometimes it’s learning, adjusting, and moving forward.
As a Realtor, my job isn’t to promise that every transaction will be easy. My job is to educate my clients, communicate, advocate for them, and help them navigate the process, even when things don’t go according to plan. ❤️
This one didn’t close, but I’m taking the lesson and moving forward. On to the next one. 🏡❤️
