I view poetry as an outlet for expressing my emotions.
The challenging aspect is channelling one's volatile emotional thought process into an organized, structured document that will resonate with other like-minded emotional Human Beings, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the story.
From a purely paradoxical perspective, I feel the most freedom when I am bound by the structure of Poetry, while attempting to arrange syllables in a rhythmic pattern and also accurately conveying a specific emotional state to My Audience.
