This is one of your baby sisters in Uyo Nigeria. She went through so much... but I'm thankful to God for her today. God is faithful...

She wrote me today and I listened to her message and read her words and felt blessed myself. Sharing to encourage you all.

She writes:

"Is this me?
I can now on the camera and say things that were not even in my head to say? I can now speak with so much boldness?

There were days I will plan on speaking on something but when I on the camera..I won't be able to say anything because of the fear someone inflicted on me the first day I spoke on live broadcast and that was the first video I posted on my platform.

I will even say those things off camera but when the camera is on...I won't be able to say anything or I will end up saying something else.

Mama, I'm one of the reasons God brought you to Nigeria and that is why I call you God sent.

My self confident was gone, I became quiet even when I had a lot to say on my mind, I was afraid of speaking in public even to pray in public but now....I can say that I'm revived.

When I remember that God is by my side and you are with me...I develope strength to conquer my fears

My family,

For the last years, I have focused on pouring out to others and didn't take the time to refill my cup or truly take care of me.

I crashed after my trip. I was unwell, overworked and my own plate is full with many things I need to do for me.

I didn't plan this family but life will catch up on you if you do not create a balance.

I was doing too much. Everything I did with you plus, working 8 hours a day, running a home and business on the side.

We need rest...we need to take special care of the body, spirit and mind that serves us and others.

I am well but have alot of my own personal things including creating balance in my life and sorting out things I've ignored on my own plate.

This life requires balance and without it, we cannot operate well.

I have to be well, healthy and doing well to better serve you.

Please, bare with me...I will post motivational stuff daily but will be back online when I have taken care of me. I used to take atleast 2- 6months yearly to recoup...I didn't do it the last years... and it's disastrous.

For those of you in our groups, bear with me...we have our projects coming once I'm ok.

Love you, miss you and God bless you.

Please, create balance and seek out time to take care of yourself as body nobi iron.
