Hello everyone sorry I haven’t been more attentive on here, but personally I’ve had pretty much a positive life-changing event having three sons that are married and within the last year all of them have been blessed with a baby boy. This makes me a super grandpa, which of course is life-changing as I said above.

Most of you who have followed me will agree I’m not on here to post about how I found a new way to cook my steak last night. Quite the contrary, I post about actionable tactics you can do today to help your business that won’t cost you an arm and a leg to do.

One recurring theme I’ve seen the last weeks while I’ve been helping out with my Gbabies is low-cost deals. The reason why you run into low-cost deals is that’s where your marketing and mindset is. These $100 deals don’t cheapen the industry as some whine about.

There’s a market for it, it’s just like there’s Wendy’s and McDonald’s and there’s the five star steakhouse down the street. I like steak that’s where I eat.

I strongly suggest if you’re new on here or have been on here for a while go back to my past posts. None of them are about the new toothpaste I found at the grocery store. There are actionable items you can do today to help your situation and business.

I’ll close with we have 30 days to finish off this month and year. One good size deal can turn your year around or start the new year off on the right foot.

You always have to dream a little bit about where you want to go. Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet. Get lucky.

Hello everyone, I wanted to put a vertical market post out here for you to think about and possibly do this weekend.
The vertical is called the heavy lift or heavy haul market. I’m sure you recognize it now but companies pay a hefty daily rate for documentation and film of their projects.
You can hit the actual crane operator, but you can also talk to the owner of what they’re hauling.
In regards to this weekend if you see this happening in your grid, it shouldn’t be too difficult for you to grab some film of it.
I’m not saying this is rocket science, but I will say it’s a great market and you need to do a full court press on it in your grid.
On this one below, I was out there for the whole day filming different phases of the bridge replacement and billed $5K for it

❇️All...I did a post yesterday about targeting heavy lifts and construction. Thanks for all the likes I appreciate this, but I received a couple of questions about how to find these type of opportunities. I use the newspaper below. I copied the post from the last time I posted it months ago. It's actually very interesting to read about major business going on in your region.

There is also a web site I am looking into called the Dodge Construction Network. It lists construction permits in your grid. It looks favorable so far.

Soft reminder. All my posts are about actionable items (without a lot of expense) you can do to increase your opportunity funnel.

I promise my posts do not have a new way to bake a cake in the kitchen or cook steak on the grill (lol)

❇️ What I do is read this periodical and get some names of business people that have a lot going on and would be a good fit for our services.
❇️ I have several what I call “power emails” that I send each person that describes our services and the solutions that we provide to their specific industry. The latter part of the statement above is the most important because I firmly believe you have to understand THEIR business to make an impact.
