Finally tried Smith & Lentz Brewing and Pizza and now I understand the hype! 🍕🍺

The spicy vodka pizza was unreal, the kale Caesar was the perfect start, and I’m still thinking about that brown butter caramel ice cream. Such a fun East Nashville spot for pizza, beers, and a chill night with friends. Definitely adding this one to my regular rotation.

Chicken Boursin Pasta ✨

Save this recipe for the next time you need an easy dinner idea! 💛

Ingredients:
1/2 lb Rotini pasta (or pasta of choice)
1 cup heavy cream
1 package Cheese (garlic & fine herbs)
4-5 pieces of frozen rotisserie chicken strips (I get mine from Costco)
1/2 cup frozen spinach
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Grated Parmesan and freshly chopped parsley to garnish

Directions:
1. Place frozen chicken strips in the air fryer for 7-10 minutes until heated through.
2. Begin boiling your pasta. Note: While pasta is cooking you can quickly make your sauce (see step 3).
3. Add heavy cream to a sauce pan and warm over medium heat. Once heavy cream starts to warm, add your Boursin cheese and begin melting that into the heavy cream. Once the cheese has melted add in 1/4 cup pasta water and your frozen spinach and heat through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
4. Add in cooked pasta and chicken strips that have been heated in the air fryer. Note: I like to cut my chicken into large chunks.
5. Top with lots of freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
6. Enjoy! 😉
