This is 34! ✨

Getting older may come with added wrinkles and gray hair, but it also comes with wisdom and perception. There are many things I still struggle with and will continue to work on. Yet the one thing I’ve loved about each passing year is learning to be more comfortable in my own skin. The negative self talk still creeps its way in from time to time, but I’ve learned how to navigate through that in a healthier way. I may have a lot more to learn but I’m grateful for all I’ve accomplished thus far!

Spending a quiet day with my two favorite people, eating yummy food, and making memories! Cheers to another year around the sun!
