Crucial factors to become Vietnam Capitalist Country.

For many decades, Vietnam had been at war. After the ruins of South Vietnam on April 30, 1975. The South Vietnam Government surrendered, and the North won. By that time, Vietnam, my motherland, had become a communist country only in Southeast Asia. For nearly 50 years, Vietnam is a country of fifty million inhabitants, it has not been better than in the past. With many problems experienced in wars, Vietnam's communist country is going step by step to improve in politics, economy, education, and society. In 1995, Vietnam opened its way to follow the Western economic model and made friendly diplomats with many countries worldwide. For another unique opportunity, in June 2024, the United States is a country that diplomats to Vietnam country, which commonly integrated international communities. Nowadays, to be a developed country, Vietnam is following the economics of the capitalist model to develop the country as willing to Vietnamese people's expectations around the world.
First, about the Vietnamese people's educational goals, with more than five million Vietnamese living around the world, half are refugees after both Vietnamese people had been uniting. The income source for Vietnam from other countries is people to spare profits for families, relatives, and support living from Vietnamese people overseas. However, the public education program in Vietnam is a drawback because the population's main income source is work employment, sea products, agriculture, and workers' exports. That sourcing was not enough to raise a hundred million Vietnamese inhabitants after the Vietnam War. Moreover, the Vietnamese government's income is less taxable, and many corruption projects have been affected. That ultimately causes problems in the education environment to be difficult to improve.
On the other hand, many people have chosen educational programs from developed countries in the West for their kids, such as England, France, Germany, Australia, and the U.S., etc. That's why public education in Vietnam has bad effects. Educational programs are a country's best investment, and the Vietnamese government cannot support enough of its people. Vietnam's government does not have any educational program that changes Vietnamese people so that they can get together for improvement and be friendly with their homeland.
Second, about monetary and investment for Vietnam economically. Vietnam is a small country in Southeast Asia that lacks technology and skills. Which is a big matter after wars; it doesn't produce anything for Vietnam. Vietnamese finance and monetarily are not strong enough to control themselves. Based on a factor of 1.00 dollars per 25,000, VND caused investors to be unable to achieve their goals. Investment programs and investors do not choose Vietnam as a country for their businesses. Some Vietnamese stocks in the market only sell domestically, and few are unsuccessful overseas. In the United States, where American Vietnamese people live, they cannot buy and sell stock in markets from Vietnam as they invest in their country. The economic market-by-society model of Vietnam’s government couldn’t properly work for Asians and others worldwide. However, after the big changes in Vietnam, Vietnam’s government stepped forward to economic programs as Western countries and the United States helped Vietnam to get better than it was in the past. Moreover, many businesses from China, a friendly country in the north, have been transferred to Vietnam for production. Following that, some Asia nations have designed their ownership in Vietnam since 2020 after the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, the working wage and salary for workers and laborers in Vietnam are less than in other Asia countries, which is the main purpose for investors.
Third, the government’s income tax, exemption, benefit programs, public utilities, and salaries and retirement for working people. Government income and taxpayers in Vietnam are big programs that need to be improved to develop Vietnam. Homeowners and landlords are the main sources of income tax from properties and schools. Vietnam's lack of government tax programs. Although Vietnamese people pay less tax to their government, they don’t have any benefit programs from the Vietnamese government. Learners and students must pay their tuition and fees when they attend school. Tent of rich people have sent their children overseas for education. After 1975, more than five hundred of nonprofit organizations must have left Vietnam because of distinct models of communism. Hence, natural disasters and climate change happen, and Vietnamese people worldwide get together to overcome them. Healthcare and public serving programs are stepping on high hills. The lack of government leaders is causing personnel corruption, that weakening the society in Vietnam.
Fourth, by law, TV programs, radio channels, and newspapers are invested in by the Vietnamese Government only, without the participation of the people. Vietnamese people cannot be owners or make products if they don’t have a permit from the government. Free speech, press offices, and nonprofit organizations are prohibited from being established in Vietnam. Thus, people must obey the Vietnamese government's constitutions. Policies and personnel of government are the main power for leading people to follow. People in Vietnam cannot vote for their chosen candidates. Hence, Vietnamese people have been using social networking on the Internet to share and address ideas. Their writings with critical opinions and different ideas will make speakers or writers pay fines, or they must go to jail by law.
Fifth, in many fields, personnel are significantly the duty of the government; hence, Vietnamese people cannot vote for leaders. That’s why they cannot decide on the importance of Vietnam country. Only the Communist Party, with four million members, most of them can lead people to follow Communism. On the other hand, Fake certificates from their parties, schools, and a few important government personnel led to Vietnam's drawbacks, bribery, and corruption. For more than ten years, anti-corruption programs of the Vietnamese government arrested a hundred thousand communist members of them.
Lastly, in the past decades, English has not been an official language for students. Vietnam’s government is willing its people to follow the social society model path of the Republic Social of Vietnam as the few fulfilled communist countries are nowadays. Russian and Chinese languages are taught in schools, but they are not universal in Vietnam. People's lack of knowledge cannot lead to Vietnam becoming a developing country.
Follow some characteristics to develop our country. Vietnam's government should be:
1/The Vietnamese government should designate the income tax on land and ownership as a subsidiary to support their educational programs.
2/The initial office offered government properties to become stock markets for Vietnamese people to participate in. Establishing many educational programs for owners who are not officials or government personnel.
3/Valuing Vietnam D**g to US dollar based on national income helps Vietnamese people worldwide invest in their homeland.
4/ Free speeches and creative programs for Vietnamese people to express their opinions and ideals in social networking.
5/ Establishing English schools for Vietnamese people may make English the second official language in Vietnam. Experts, professors, and teachers must use English for research. Institute programs for English learners need to improve and develop. English should begin in elementary school and be fundamental to public learning programs and communities.
6/ Employment and personnel income sources must be improved, which helps people to live better lives.
7/ Create an educational stock market, which will help the poor and low-income people completely pursue their learning goals. Hence, Vietnamese people worldwide should invest in the market and make a profit for Vietnam. Educational stock market programs can help people follow their educational goals to success. Create financial aid and loan programs, which will help learners and students repay their debts after graduation and get jobs for many years.
8/ Training leadership skills to find leaders for Vietnam. The Vietnamese people's patriotic duty to develop their homeland is a golden key to their success today.
9/ Create benefit programs for Vietnamese people from income tax and government subsidies. Hire retired people to support students in communities. Sell educational insurance that helps learners of all ages come to school and improve their professional skills. Learning for everybody and signing an educational law for learners in the Vietnamese Congress.
