Another day, another run!

Running as a hobby has been so fun and liberating! It’s fun even while I’m averaging a 19 min pace, when people walk faster than I run, and even when I’m pushing myself to learn new skills. And it’s impressive! It’s not easy to run while carrying 250+lbs, and I’m sooo proud of myself for exploring this new hobby.

— Also, although I run for fun, I’m also training for Hyrox which is mostly running. Three months to go!

Any other new/slow runners out there? What keeps you motivated?
