He easily fools the public, law enforcement and the court systems in many states. He is suspected to be within a terrorist cell or sleeper cell. He is well connected and has relatives throughout the state of California and Illinois. He is known to speak Spanish, Farsi and English. According to the Nevada District Case styled Paymon Safavi vs the Department of Homeland Security, he came into the United States through Brownsville Texas, but his ICE judgement is to Iran.
