Rollin’ Vets Rolls Into Austin With Full-Service Mobile Veterinary Care

A revolutionary way to get veterinary care for your dogs and cats is coming to your driveway – quite literally. Rockin’ Pets, Rollin’ Vets, a woman-owned mobile veterinary practice based in Houston, has expanded to offering full-service mobile vet care in the Austin area. Pet owners find a mobile vet clinic to be especially convenient for pets that are elderly, anxious, or difficult to transport. As a one of the only true full-service mobile clinics in Austin, Rollin’ Vets offers a comprehensive suite of vet services including spay and neutering, radiology, dentistry, and even end-of-life care.
The business is the brainchild of Dr. Katie Eick who started the business in 2015. Dr. Eick had been in practice for almost 20 years when the idea came to her. During that time, she became acutely aware of the hassles many pet owners face when bringing their pets in for care.
“Our goal is to make the lives of the vets that work for us and the pets and pet owners they service, less stressful,” says Dr. Eick. “We provide nearly all the same veterinary services as brick-and-mortar clinics but eliminate the need for pets or pet owners to struggle with carriers, car rides or traffic. We help our patients from the convenience of our state-of-the-art surgical van – parked right in their driveway.”
