Society, I welcome you to my world. I created LUXE Leadership & Entrepreneur Society for aspiring women leaders inspired by Black women. It is an amazing sisterhood where knowledge meets sophistication and class. It's a movement of leadership, personal growth, and mental wellness elevation with a hint of glam. Every challenge, every stumble, every victory in my journey has shaped me. I’ve wrestled with the same doubts, celebrated similar milestones, and faced those tough moments just like you might be doing right now. Through it all, I’ve gathered a treasure trove of insights. My past experiences and research fuel my passion to guide you. From working as an assistant to a stock broker to impacting the 4th largest city in the United States as a senior advisor to a mayor, my path wasn’t always clear. But every twist and turn, every setback, was a lesson. And, I want to impart my wisdom from those lessons with you in our holistic leadership & entrepreneur society. Living the LUXE leadership life prepares your mental fortitude for business, entrepreneurship, and winning in your personal life. I bring to you over three decades of experience in corporate and municipal business as well as being a distinguished professor of business technology at a college in my hometown for over a decade. My credentials of expertise are drawn from a doctorate degree in Education-Higher Education and Adult Learning, a master’s degree in Educational Technology Leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in Health Teacher Education from a Carnegie-designated Tier One research university. Also, drawn from my background as a former City Official, Chief of Staff, and Senior Executive and Advisor to a former mayor of a major U.S. city, I want to impart a wealth of knowledge and resources to my members for career, personal, and entrepreneurial success. As added value, my knowledge from the certificate program for Women Entrepreneurs at Cornell University, facilitation certification from Covey Leadership programs, and currently working to become a certified Neurolinguistic (NLP) coach to help others achieve desired outcomes though promoting reflection, confidence, and communication, thus improving overall wellbeing, has helped me curate a dynamic content just for you!
