Eyes are sunken in, but if I don’t push myself nothing will get accomplished. It’s only Day 3 of my 5k training and Day 2 of program and I feel amazing. Every day is a victory when you are one step closer to your goals.

Day 1 of training for a 5k (don’t know which one yet), recovery from my car accident, moving to a new place, new school year, and a new chapter of my life. Being mentally tough is a skill I used to possess and lost due to life hitting me hard, but life is never going to be easy and I for one am not a quitter. Let’s get up and build our bodies, minds, and souls to higher highs! I’ll meet you at the top because the bottom is too crowded @ Terry Hershy Park-Quail Trail
