As an independent artist you either 1 have to do everything for yourself or 2 get a team going. When starting out, look for people who are down to get in the mud and GRIND it out with you. It should be mutually beneficial where you grow together and put in the same amount of work/effort. If you expect people to come in and handle it all for you, don’t be surprised when your team dissolves quickly.

From the vault. As we approach the holidays, I want to thank .lisenby for putting together one of my favorite sessions all year. We busted an all day-er along with and .andre__ and got two records in from scratch. This was just before we got the keys to our new location so I’m grateful was able to accommodate us. “ladies man” is out now - we still have a video in the works, just bare with us and run the streams up in the meantime!! 🫡🫡
