Life doesn’t always go as planned but sometimes that’s the best thing that can happen 💛

We canceled our dream May 2027 wedding in Guatemala. Lost the deposits, the plans, and the vision we had spent months building.

BUT we gained something bigger…a reminder that life needs to be lived NOW, not later!! Love is there no matter what!

So we’re fast-tracking everything for an October wedding!!!

While in New York we didn’t necessarily plan to get our wedding bands on this trip but we knew it was on the to-do list. So we ended up going on a whim.

What made it so special is that years ago, Diego surprised me in New York to shop around for engagement rings. Back then, we left Ultimate Diamond Co. with nothing and we didn’t get engaged until a while after that trip. So getting our wedding bands there just felt like closing the loop 💍

Anywayssss… do you think we can pull it off?!

I had ZERO idea they were working this behind the scenes!! When I saw this podcast shoutout, I cried 😭

Just to backtrack a little bit on how I learned about The Anatomy of a Dream podcast: when I used to commute to my corporate job for hours, I would listen to podcasts. This podcast in particular always WOWed me. Every single episode has such a good message. The way that they not only interview but then dissect the conversation that was had, breaking it down to make it so easy to understand, and apply it to your life.

It is absolutely one of my top, top, top podcasts ever!

Tiffany and Roy, who run the podcast, have such welcoming energy that I got the guts to send out an email to see if Tiffany was willing to give me some advice on pursuing my dream of a career in travel and social media. To my surprise, not only did she reply to my email, but she offered to set up time. That call was incredible and it wasn’t the last. We have since stayed in touch!!!

One of the biggest reasons why I took the leap and I am where I am today with my travel agency was due to some of the mindset shifts that their episodes and a few of our 1-1 conversations led to. I could go on and on about all of the synchronicities and the alignments that their conversations had with the phase of my life that I was at, BUT all to say I will always be so grateful for them. They deserve nothing but the best. They’re incredible.

If you haven’t heard this podcast, you have to give it a listen because it’s growing and it’s going. And it might just have an amazing impact on you. Cheers to chasing your dream & taking risks ✨

First impression and tour of the petite suite inside Hotel Chelsea on my The Leading Hotels of the World FAM trip

From the first walk in, I was already obsessed with the layout, the artwork, the little touches that made it so comfortable

This property is artsy and bohemian where no two rooms are the same. Inside the room the decor, furnishings, bathtub, bar cart, and balcony views are amazing. Outside the room you have multiple dining options, bars, and artwork EVERYWHERE.
