I don’t really promote my music. But with passing I wanted to share this song a story…

This song is so transparent to where my mindset was at the time. If you take your time to listen I hope you enjoy it. I hope it motivates you the way it motivates me. I’m still “On The Block Like Mutombo” I hope this food for soul “Gumbo” fills your hearts.

When I moved back to Houston the end of 2019, I had left everything, literally everything behind in Austin. I moved to Houston to find peace, but that wouldn’t come until almost 3.5 years later.

At the time of this recording, I had (and still have) a passion and drive so bad that it would keep me up at night. I hit the streets hard and started making a name for myself. Houston wasn’t easy either. I had to position myself into certain rooms, certain circles. I met a lot of tough times but it really made me who I am today.

RIP Dikembe, you were one of my favorite Old School Legends. I hope this song helps your legacy carry on. ❤️

My younger me is proud. What a cool person I grew up to be. Owner of 3 studios in Houston, TX. My brand .tv has opened new doors, and I’m in a great place with God/ Self.
