Located inside The Watermark Hotel, this cozy 1,500-square-foot speakeasy opened in January 2025. The design draws heavily from the vibes of Tokyo’s izakayas — late-night social hubs specializing in craft cocktails and small bites
— and the original concept of a speakeasy as a hidden bar. Here, guests access the cocktail lounge and omakase dining experience via an entryway in the hotel’s fitness area in a space that was formerly storage.
