My guest today is, Jana McCreary, with McCreary Law Office, PLLC. She helps us understand the importance of estate planning, but we cover so much more in our conversation. She also points out critical things for us to consider for our end-of-life plans and shares examples of what this might look like in real life.

I know. Your mama said if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. But even your mama would like my proposition.

I started The Probate Podcast with this person in mind:

What’s it like to have a parent with dementia? And how does a family navigate the decisions and logistics of placing a parent in memory care?

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Jim Herrington is a pastor, author, executive coach, and co-founder of The Leader’s Journey. He’s also a seasoned expert in helping people navigate seasons of change and manage conflict.
