Another great day of learning at HAR Future Forward – Leadership, Risk & Culture in Real Estate Brokerages.

Real estate is constantly evolving, and events like these are a great reminder that strong leadership, effective risk management, and a positive culture are essential to serving our clients and our industry well. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and bringing new ideas back to my business.

One of the best parts of the day was spending time with my Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program Class of 2026 classmates and friends. I’m continually inspired by this incredible group of leaders and grateful to be on this journey with them.

Great day of learning and leadership with the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program Class of 2026!

It was a pleasure to spend time learning from our presenter, Shae Cottar, Past Chair of HAR and friend. Shae always brings valuable insights on leadership, service, and making a positive impact in our industry.

As a special surprise, we also enjoyed a candle-making experience with Sonny and Ruth Candle Company. I chose to create a candle for my Mom, blending a gentle lavender scent that I hope brings her comfort and supports her healing journey. Looking forward to using it with a candle wax warmer as she continues her recovery.

Grateful for the friendships, learning opportunities, and meaningful moments that make this leadership experience so special.
