The Houston Area Council (HAC) of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) would like to cordially invite you to attend the 2022 Houston Area Council of ABWA Recognition Luncheon, "Women Celebrating Women" honoring Women of the Year and Top Ten Candidates. In 2022 ABWA will be celebrating its 73rd Anniversary, and this marks the HAC’s 38th Recognition Luncheon. Every year the HAC honors th

e chapter and express network Woman of the Year and Top Ten Candidates. The celebration will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the Junior League in Houston. The Recognition Luncheon has an attendance of more than 250 members and guests from around the Houston area and surrounding areas. We celebrate the accomplishments of between 25 and 50 local area women each year for their outstanding achievements to the association. There are over 600 ABWA members in the Houston Area Council. We look forward to your combined participation and support as we honor these women and their accomplishments. Registration is at 9:30 a.m. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Event starts at 10:00 a.m.

We're thrilled to recognize and thank some extraordinary individuals who made the ABWA- Houston Area Council - HAC Women Celebrating Women Event a resounding success!

🎉 First up, a warm shout-out to Brother Gary, the heart and soul of Victoria, who welcomed our out-of-town guests with his trademark smile and gracious words.

🏛️ Next, we applaud April Butler for representing our city with pride and presenting the official proclamation for this special occasion. Her journey from business powerhouse to civic leader inspires us all!

💼 Last but certainly not least, a big round of applause for our Guest Speaker, Diane Kliem. A three-time Woman of the Year for VPEN, Diane's powerful message left everyone inspired and ready to conquer the world.
