MY BELOVED VENEZUELA, HOW I HAVE MISSED YOU!

Venezuela, the land where I was raised, where my roots were formed, where my heart still lives. How deeply I have missed you!

After 27 long years of struggle, I want to tell my friends and relatives that perseverance has not been in vain. The courage of your people, the endurance of families, and the unbreakable longing for dignity and freedom have carried the nation through darkness and into a new dawn.

Today is a moment to recognize freedom and the global solidarity that helped make it possible, especially the support of the in standing for democracy, human rights, and the voice of the Venezuelan people.

May this new chapter be guided by unity instead of division and opportunity instead of hardship. May freedom be protected, strengthened, and shared by all, where every voice is heard, every family has hope, and every child can dream without limits.

Venezuela is not defined by its past struggles, but by its strength and its future. A free, peaceful, and prosperous Venezuela can and will rise again.

I am thankful for Venezuela's liberation! Aren't you?

Venezuela, la tierra donde crecí, donde se formaron mis raíces, donde aún vive mi corazón. ¡Cuánto te he extrañado!

Después de 27 largos años de lucha, quiero decirles an mis amigos y familiares que la perseverancia no ha sido en vano. El coraje de su gente, la resistencia de las familias y el anhelo inquebrantable de dignidad y libertad han guiado a la nación a través de la oscuridad hacia un nuevo amanecer.

Hoy es un momento para reconocer la libertad y la solidaridad global que la hicieron posible, especialmente el apoyo de los al defender la democracia, los derechos humanos y la voz del pueblo venezolano.

Que este nuevo capítulo esté guiado por la unidad en lugar de la división y por la oportunidad en lugar de las dificultades. Que la libertad sea protegida, fortalecida y compartida por todos, donde cada voz sea escuchada, cada familia tenga esperanza y cada niño pueda soñar sin límites.

Venezuela no se define por sus luchas pasadas, sino por su fortaleza y su futuro. Una Venezuela libre, pacífica y próspera puede y resurgirá.

Your money doesn't lose value by chance.

The state makes it less and less valuable by spending without control and getting into debt.

If you want low prices, stop asking the state for "free" things that you and your grandchildren pay for with more inflation and more taxes.

As this year comes to an end, I pause to recognize all that it brought.
The lessons, the challenges, the growth, the tears, the strength I didn’t know I had, and the moments of joy that carried me through.

I honor what was, without resentment.
I release what no longer serves me, without fear.
I let go of the weight, the worry, and the chapters that have fulfilled their purpose.

I am deeply grateful for every experience —
for the people who stayed, the ones who taught me, and even the goodbyes that made room for something new.

I step forward lighter, wiser, and thankful.
Thankful for life, for love, for faith, and for all that is still unfolding.

I release this year with gratitude and welcome what’s next with an open heart. 🤍
