Brother, BEFORE YOU SAG—Check The EVIDENCE! 😂😭

You lowered your trousers with confidence… but the boxer you exposed has holes, stains and serious battle scars! 😩

The elastic has retired.
The original color is missing.
The holes are providing cross-ventilation.
Yet you are walking proudly as if we paid admission to see the exhibition! 😂😂

Sir, pull up your trousers! That boxer has worked three shifts, survived two relationships and attended more outings than some of us! 🤣

Underwear collects sweat, body oil and dead skin. Change it daily—and after heavy sweating. Wash it properly and let it dry completely.

Sagging is already questionable, but sagging with a dirty, torn boxer is public presentation of private evidence! 😭

Ladies, tag nobody—but check whether your brother is breathing fast! 😂 I come in peace ✌️ 😝

Gentlemen, be honest: How old is your oldest boxer? 👀

🇳🇬 UBER Said : “Driver , STOP HERE… I’M Done!” 😭😂

After 12 years in Nigeria, Uber is ending its ride-hailing operations in the country.

Chai! 😂

Imagine entering Nigeria with Google Maps and big dreams… then years later you look at everything and say:

“Oga, abeg park. My destination don reach.” 😭😂😂

But wait o… jokes aside.

When a global company that has operated in a country for 12 YEARS decides to pack up, I think we should ask questions.

What happened?

Was it the economy?
Competition?
Cost of doing business?
Or Uber simply decided Nigeria was no longer worth the ride?

And my biggest concern is the drivers who depended on the platform for income.

Nigeria has over 200 million people. A massive market. Plenty hustle. Plenty movement.

So when businesses start saying “I’m getting down here,” we should pay attention.

👇🏽 Naija people, what do you think made Uber finally press “END TRIP”? 😂

And Uber drivers, please enter the comment section. We need gist from the people behind the steering wheel! 👀👇🏽

😂 What Are These LITTLE THINGS HANGING On YOUR NECK?

You woke up one day and noticed one tiny piece of skin on your neck.

You ignored it.

Next year, it brought brothers and sisters. 😭😂

Before you know it, FAMILY MEETING!

These little soft growths may be SKIN TAGS.

Skin tags are common, usually harmless growths that often appear where skin rubs against skin or clothing—especially around the:

👉🏾 Neck
👉🏾 Armpits
👉🏾 Groin
👉🏾 Under the breasts
👉🏾 Eyelids

They can happen to anybody, but they tend to be more common with age, pregnancy, obesity, and in people with insulin resistance or diabetes.

Now please hear this part:

🚫 Don’t cut them off with scissors at home.
🚫 Don’t burn them.
🚫 Don’t tie random things around them because Facebook University said so. 😩

You can cause bleeding, infection, burns or scarring—and what you think is a skin tag may not even be one.

If a skin tag is bothering you, catching on clothes/jewelry, bleeding repeatedly, or you simply want it removed, a healthcare professional can examine it and discuss safe removal options.

And if a growth suddenly changes color, grows quickly, becomes painful, bleeds without being irritated, or just looks unusual, please get it checked instead of assuming it’s a skin tag.

Now come and confess 😂👇🏾

Who has these little tenants living rent-free on their neck or armpit?

And the big question everybody will ask:

“Dr. Genny, why do they keep multiplying?” 😂

Absolutely. Let’s give the lipoma post the ganglion treatment 😂 — curiosity first, jokes throughout, but still medically solid.

😂 This lump has been living there RENT-FREE for years!

Good morning my precious people ❤️

You notice one soft lump under your skin…

You press am.
E move small. 👀

You press again.
No pain.

One year passes…
Three years pass…

The thing is still there like family property. 😭😂

And because it doesn’t hurt, you say:

“We are not disturbing each other. Let everybody mind their business.” 😂😂😂

My people, that lump could be a LIPOMA.

A lipoma is a usually harmless lump made of fatty tissue that grows underneath the skin.

They commonly appear around the shoulders, back, neck, arms and thighs and often feel soft or rubbery and may move a little when you press them.

Many grow very slowly and don’t need treatment if they’re not causing problems.

But abeg, hear this part well 👇🏽

NOT EVERY LUMP IS A LIPOMA. 🚨

If a lump is new, growing quickly, painful, hard, fixed in one place, or changing, please get it examined.

And pleaseeeee…

Don’t bring needle. 😭
Don’t squeeze it.
Don’t ask your neighbor to “help you press the fat out.” 😂😂😂

Lipoma no be pimple! 🏃🏽‍♀️💨

Now look at the picture again 👀😂

Who has one of these—or knows somebody who has carried one for YEARS like an extra family member?

And what did you think it was called? 😂👇🏽

Madam, if you remove your pant and see something looking like cottage cheese… your body is not opening a dairy shop! 😩😂

That thick, white, clumpy discharge—especially with serious itching, redness or burning—may be a va**nal yeast infection.

But before you accuse your partner, toilet seat or village people 😂, know this:

A yeast infection is usually caused by an overgrowth of Candida, a yeast that normally lives in the va**na. It is not automatically an STI.

Common triggers include:

👉🏽 Antibiotics
👉🏽 Pregnancy or hormonal changes
👉🏽 Uncontrolled diabetes
👉🏽 Weak immunity
👉🏽 Staying in wet or tight clothing

The discharge usually has little or no strong odor. A fishy smell, yellow/green discharge, pelvic pain, sores or fever may point to something else.

Abeg, don’t keep buying “yeast medicine” for every discharge. If it’s your first time, keeps returning or treatment isn’t helping, please get properly checked.

Has your body ever given you this kind of surprise package? 😩😂

🇺🇸 Before you shout “Happy Labor Day,” read this!

To many Americans, today means barbecue, shopping, family time and one sweet Monday without work. 😂

But Labor Day was not created because Americans were tired and needed one day to sleep.

It was born from the struggles of workers who fought for fair wages, safer workplaces, reasonable working hours and dignity on the job. Many protested, suffered—and some even lost their lives—so workers after them could enjoy better conditions.

My Naija people, think of it as America’s version of Workers’ Day—but while Nigeria observes Workers’ Day on May 1, the United States celebrates Labor Day on the first Monday in September.

So today is not only about those wearing suits in air-conditioned offices.

It honors the nurse working overnight.
The teacher shaping young minds.
The truck driver keeping stores supplied.
The caregiver lifting another human being.
The cleaner who arrives before everyone else.
The immigrant working two jobs to keep a dream alive.
The small-business owner who cannot remember the last time they truly rested.
And the mother whose labor at home has no salary, no clock-out time and no public holiday. ❤️

Never look down on honest work.
The uniform may be different, but sweat is sweat.
A paycheck may measure your hours—but it can never measure your worth.

Today, America pauses to honor labor.

May the hands that work hard never return empty.
May every worker receive dignity, fair reward and the opportunity to rest.

And if you are working today while everybody else is doing barbecue… may your holiday pay locate you! 😂🇺🇸

Happy Labor Day to every hardworking person in America—and to workers everywhere.

What work do you do, and which city are you reading from?

Self-care is very important to me ooo! 😂💅🏽

I cannot be carrying everybody’s problem with unpainted nails and stressed toes. Abeg, even the hands doing the hard work and the legs running up and down deserve small enjoyment! 😂

So today, no stress, no long talk… just manicure, pedicure and peace of mind. Life is already doing too much—my nails don’t have to look like they’re also going through something! 🤣

When last did you take time to pamper yourself?

This “boil” has renewed its rent again! 😩😂

You treated it last month.
It disappeared.

Just when you thought peace had returned—PIM!
It came back to the same armpit with two additional family members! 😭

My dear, before you accuse your deodorant, shaving stick or village people, that stubborn “boil” may be hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

HS causes painful lumps that repeatedly appear where skin rubs together—especially:

👉🏽 The armpits
👉🏽 The groin and inner thighs
👉🏽 Under the breasts
👉🏽 Between the buttocks

They may burst, drain pus, smell unpleasant and leave scars or tunnels beneath the skin.

And please, HS is not caused by poor hygiene and it is not contagious. The person is not dirty, so stop advising them to bathe with detergent and anointing oil! 😂

If the lumps keep returning, don’t continue squeezing them or conducting home surgery with your mirror and safety pin. See a dermatologist early—treatment can reduce flare-ups and prevent severe scarring.

Be honest: have you ever had one “boil” that kept disappearing and returning like an unserious ex? 😂👇🏽

Ah-ah! You went on vacation with your wife… but decided to add “extra luggage” to the trip? 😩

This one is not funny at all, but the lesson must enter—with small laughter so we don’t cry.

Reports say British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, died after receiving injections for p***s enlargement while vacationing in Thailand.

Shortly afterward, he developed chest pain and collapsed. A UK inquest reportedly linked his death to a pulmonary embolism—a deadly blockage in the lungs caused by the injected material.

My brothers, please hear me:

Your manhood is not Agege bread. It does not need extra filling! 😭
And every injection advertised as “quick, easy and non-surgical” is not ordinary chin-chin. It can block a blood vessel, damage tissue, cause infection—or even take a life.

Before anybody touches your private area with one long syringe:

👉🏽 Confirm that the person is properly licensed and experienced.
👉🏽 Ask what exactly is being injected—and whether it is approved for that body part.
👉🏽 Understand the risks and emergency plan.
👉🏽 Don’t choose a clinic because TikTok said “results in 30 minutes!” Even instant noodles require caution. 😩

After any cosmetic injection, sudden chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, confusion or coughing blood is an emergency. Call emergency services immediately. No massage. No herbs. No “let me sleep and see how I feel tomorrow.”

Dear men, confidence cannot be injected by the milliliter. If there is a genuine concern, speak privately with a qualified urologist—not one “Dr. Bigger” you discovered during vacation.

May his soul rest in peace, and may God comfort his family. 🙏🏽

Be honest: Would you ever undergo an enlargement procedure—or you will manage what God deposited? 🏃🏽‍♀️😂
