Tinesha - The Highest Paid DA Helping dental assistants earn more, access better opportunities, and create income beyond the chair. Founder of Behind the Op and Dental Assistant Insider

Good afternoon dental family! Quick question..... have you ever accepted a dental job and regretted it within the first week? Drop a 🙋🏽 below because Behind the Op was built to prevent exactly that.

The platform is brand new so you may not find your office on there yet..... but that is where YOU come in. Add your office, leave your review anonymous or with your name, and be the first to put it on the map. The more DAs who add their offices the more powerful this platform becomes for all of us 🦷

Because nobody should have to accept a job offer and THEN find out the office is toxic. The red flags should be visible BEFORE you ever sit in that chair 🦷

Behind the Op is a FREE platform where dental assistants, hygienists, sterilization techs, and every dental professional can read and leave real anonymous reviews on dental offices..... from people who actually worked there.

No recruiters. No bots. No fake reviews. Just real DAs telling the unfiltered truth 👀

Go to behindtheop.com right now and search your current office..... or the one you are thinking about joining. And if you have worked somewhere..... leave a review and protect the next DA coming behind you 🙌🏽

Let me be transparent with you all for a second 🦷💛

HiSmile reached out to ME directly for a brand ambassador deal. I could have kept it for myself..... but that is not how I move. I thought about my community and I went back to the table and negotiated for YOU to get the same deal.

This is what your first round of products looks like when you grab The DA Affiliate Playbook for $27 through Behind the Op. V34 Whitening Strips. Electric Toothbrush. iD Whitening Mouthwash. Exfoliating Tooth Wipes. Tooth Armour Toothpaste Serum.

And for the next 12 months you will keep receiving new innovative HiSmile products to try, review, and earn from. 30% commission on every sale paid out weekly.

$27 gets you in right now before the price goes up inside Dental Assistant Insider. This is for serious dental assistants and hygienists only 🦷

Link in bio. I secured the deal, it’s on YOU to level up!

A busy office is not automatically a healthy office.....

You can be booked solid all day and still feel unsupported, underpaid, and completely drained by the time you get home.

The workload matters. But so do the people, the communication, the respect, and whether your pay actually reflects what you bring to that office.

What is one thing you wish more dentists understood about the workload of a dental assistant? 👇

Real talk..... before I became the Highest Paid DA, I took jobs I regretted because I had NO way of knowing what that office was really like until I was already in it..... walking on eggshells by week two.

So I worked extremely hard on building my first APP! Behind the Op is LIVE right now. 🫶🏽🌎🦷

Real reviews from the people who actually worked the chair..... so you know the op before you're in the op. You can leave your own review too, anonymously if you want. No names, just the truth.

It's free to join right now at behindtheop.com. Create your account, look around, drop a review..... early people eat first, and the community soft launches October 1st.

I woke up this morning realizing..... I really built the thing I kept talking about. 😭🦷

After pouring so much into Behind the Op, today is the day I get to let you see it.

If you've ever wished you could hear the truth about an office before walking through the doors, tell me..... what would you want to know first? 👇

Being “the reliable one” shouldn’t mean being the underpaid one.....

If you’ve been in dentistry for a while, you already know how quickly the dependable DA becomes the person everyone leans on. Extra rooms. Extra tasks. Extra responsibility.

Your workload matters. Your experience matters. Your paycheck should show it.

Have you ever had to advocate for yourself just to be paid what your experience is worth? 👇

18 years in dentistry, and here is what nobody told me before my first assisting job: the job description is only half the job..... The other half is reading the doctor's mood, calming down a patient who is terrified but pretending not to be, and somehow being in two rooms at once.

None of that is on the Job posting.
