Houston attorney Steven Tyler Swain has pleaded NOT GUILTY in a Harris County felony be******ty case, according to newly released court records.
Investigators say the case began after Swain’s wife allegedly discovered surveillance footage from inside their west Houston home showing inappropriate sexual conduct involving the family dog, “Shipley.” The probable cause affidavit states investigators reviewed video allegedly showing the dog licking Swain’s ge***al area while he repeatedly called the dog onto a bed and guided it closer.
Court documents show Swain is charged with felony be******ty in the 183rd District Court. Bond records confirm he was released on a $7,500 bond on May 23, 2026, and is scheduled to return to court on June 30, 2026.
The case remains under investigation. Swain is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
