Been a rough few days , that landed me in the ER for 7hrs than the doctors office the next day for 3hrs.

I normally don't feel scared about my health or have to call on a family member to get me to the doctor but yesterday I did.

Thank you to my niece Tessie Dansby for answering the call .
I used to love to see nursing reactions when I sad I didn't take medicine, but those days are over for now.

today is a much better day so far than the last 2.

Our History

OUR LIFE Show started in 2015 under the ownership of Distrikt Media Group and Monique White. In April of 2012, we entered into hour new home with Houston Media Source with our 1st show (The OPS Show) that aired for 2 years. OUR LIFE was then born in 2015.

The show is taped once a month and then airs on Channel 17(Comcast), Channel 99(AT&T U-Verse), and live broadstream at www.hmstv.org. The show airs throughout each month on a weekly basis as well as different times each day to target every age group.
