*Last call for 4v4 Tournament registration ends tomorrow. If you have kids that want to play make sure to get them signed up.*

Halloween 4v4 registration is now open.
October 24-25
$35 plus $3.75 fee
No coaches allowed, only “team parent” kids are their own coaches
Costumes are welcomed and recommended.
Varsity boy players can sign up, but need to be signed up for spring to play in tournament

Hello AYSO Friends and Families,

We had previously sent out an email letting you know of available positions on our board. To date, we have not had anyone volunteer to help run this program. AYSO is a volunteer run organization, so we don't have a program without you! At this time, we only have two board members who cannot run this program by themselves. If we do not get the positions below filled, we will unfortunately have to cancel the spring season. We do currently have registration open, but all divisions are waitlisted pending volunteer registration. Below is a list of critical positions that NEED to be filled as soon as possible.

Regional Commissioner
Child Volunteer Protection Advocate (CVPA)
Coach Administrator
Field Coordinator
Referee Administrator
Safety Director
Website Manager
Coaches
Referees
and many others!

If interested in filling any of these roles, please contact us either by email or on Facebook Messenger. Again, this program is run strictly by volunteers and we don't have a program without you! You would have help easing into the role so as to make it an easy transition. Our Area staff are an amazing group of people that are here to help you and our region succeed, we just need YOU to volunteer.

While the actual job descriptions can be overwhelming to read and may seem like a lot of tasks, please keep in mind that you can hold a full time job, take care of a family, and perform these duties without any issues. All position descriptions can be found at:

Jus t a heads up, you should start seeing emails for pictures taken last week from Twentythree One photography.
Some photos were sent out with “2026” as the date. These are being taken care of and will be resubmitted.

Good afternoon parents
We are still in need of (1) 8U coach. If you have a kiddo playing 8U (6 & 7 years old) please consider signing up to coach. We can not submit all of the teams or order uniforms until all coaching positions are filled and teams are made
8U practices only once a week for 45 minutes and has only home games on Saturdays. You do not need to know much about soccer to coach. At this age the kids need to learn to kick the ball toward the goal and be good teammates. All basic stuff.
Please reach out and or sign up online if you’d be able to fill this last position.

Hello AYSO Friends and Families,

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to step down as Regional Commissioner for TriCounty. I have loved working with the players and parents over the years that I have been involved in this program, first as a Referee, then Safety Director, and finally as Regional Commissioner. I know that the next person to fill the position will do a great job. There is a huge support system in place, including our Area Board, who is always available to answer questions, our Registrar (Stacey Sage) and Treasurer (Kim Leyko), and I will also be available to help ease the next RC into the role. If interested in filling this role, please let us know as soon as possible.

There are also other critical positions on our board that need to be filled. We also need a new Child Volunteer Protection Advocate (CVPA), Coach Administrator, Field Coordinator, Referee Administrator, Safety Director, Coaches, Referees, Website Manager.
